As far as the website -

1. A bit cluttered - however great overall navigation. 
2. They do a good job of demarcating various sections of the website.
3. I like their 3 column main page layout.
4. They provide a bunch of very helpful travellers’ tools and guides including airport guides, visa/passport advice and a currency convertor tool.
5. They have some really good features like the Hotel Map View, Area Map view when searching for hotels.
6. As far as hotels they let you search in a myriad variety of ways.

I need to dig in deeper and look at other travel websites before i do a full rating - however, Expedia UK is definitely recommended.
