2. ASOS - This store does a LOT of things right and makes it to my ‘Favourite Stores’ list. The Layout and the design are both great. They have a Blog ;)         
3. Confetti.co.uk have 22.5% off of Wedding Stationary.
4. Dolphin - Saw this ad on TV i.e. All Bathrooms Half Price. + Also there is a web special offer for 150 worth of Free Bathroom  Accessories.   
5. Kitchen Science’s 5% off everything Boxing Day Sale commences at 00:00 on Friday 26/12/2008 and ends at 23:59 on New Year’s Eve Wednesday 31/12/2008. use discount code: BXKS5.
6. Debenhams - Sale is already on.
7. Boots has already started a 3 for 2 on gift items and also have up to 50% off on a wide variety of items including Gifts, Beauty and Fragrance, Bath and Body, Beauty Accessories, Toys and Photo.
8. John Lewis - Sale begins December 27 and lasts for two weeks instore. Starts 26 December online. Adding an icon since they let you see some of the deals available (wish every store did that or at least printed a list).
9. HMV has a BIG January Sale up - lots of great offers on Games, CDs, DVDs, etc. 
10. River Island - Boxing Day . WOW! Everything that H&M screws up River Island is doing right. Nice big shiny happy people pictures without screwing up. And a direct link to clothes and easy to navigate. No wonder most of the girls i see with River Island bags are pretty and well dressed.   
11. Hamleys Winter Sale is now on with Up to 50% Off. 
12. B&Q - Sale starts Boxing Day.  
13. MFI - is closed down and has no sales. No Winter Sale.
14. The Bargain Crazy January Sale has some REALLY GOOD deals like this shoe for £9.00. There’s also a code that might work (haven’t been able to test it yet - code WHPVO001BCP for a 17.5% discount at Bargain Crazy).
15. DFS - Sale starts Boxing Day. Online Winter Sale is Already On !
16. Apparently the Dixons Boxing Day Sale started 4 pm today. There are some interesting offers including free delivery on some goods, free delivery on orders over 149, and free VUE card (only till 11 pm on Christmas).
17. Allied Carpets - Sale starts Boxing Day. 50% off Sale + Free fitting on 100s of Carpets. Very difficult to tell if this really is their boxing day sale/best offers so would advise holding off.

19. Harrods - Sale on December 28 - Sale ends on January 27. All they have at the moment is a ‘There is One Sale’ banner.
20. Next - Sale starts Boxing Day (Scotland) - 27th in the UK.  Also, NEXT VIP sale slots are being allotted right now.
21. Play.com has a Monster Sale with up to 80% off starting tomorrow (20th Dec, 2007). This 10% off coupon might work - JSDKBRCZTK.   
22. Woolworths - Sale starts Boxing Day. They have a 1/2price houseware sale and some other sales - nothing exceptional - so no icon. 
23. Halfords - Sale starts Boxing Day. Halfords currently have an up to 50% sale on Satellite Navigation systems that’s extensive and looks pretty good. 
24. Superdrug - Starts B. Day. An up to 60% off Fragrance Sale (ends Dec 24th).
25. Wh Smith - Sale starts Boxing Day. Currently has an up to 50% off sale on Gifts - however website is down as of 4:18 pm. 
26. Primark - Sale starts Boxing Day. Wow - is that really their website? 
27. Currys - Sale on NOW!  There’s also Free Delivery for all orders over £50.

29. Argos - Sale started 25th December. Over 1800 items on up to 50% off.   
30. Waterstones - Sale starts Boxing Day. Currently have Up to 50% off on 100s of Books + Free UK Deliver on everything (i guess Amazon necessitates that).
31. PC World - Sale starts Boxing Day.
32. Ikea - Sale starts Boxing Day. There is also a Sale on Now. Although the website doesn’t work and doesn’t specify whether its the same as Boxing Day. If you find out, please add a comment and share.
33. Matalan - Sale starts Boxing Day. OK - they have a 20% Voucher you can print and use in store. Sign up for our email newsletters and be the first to know about our new product ranges, promotions and offers, and get a free 20% off voucher to print off and use in store!  V. v. intelligent people. Great Website Design. Have a 3 for 2 on Everything in Christmas Store Sale. BTW the logo doesn’t look as good as its designed for a Black background.
34. H&M - 18th December. The website is a royal mess. Diesel did the same thing with its website in the US. People want to come and see clothes and then buy at your website - not to see models monkeying around in some flash/dhtml monstrosity. Show me the money ! 
35. Hobbs sale have started already, but not in full flow with only a few items like the pretty red shoes on 50% off. This is another website that is beautiful and shows H&M how to do it. Hopefully someone at H&M retools their website. 
36. LK Bennett sale on NOW! What a tagline - which has now been explained to me ;). They have some truly beautiful clothes and the shoes are even better. 
37. Habitat - sale starts 27th, up to 50% off, examples on their website. Another beautiful example of how to use web technology well. Also ‘habitat’ - that in itself conveys everything Habitat the brand stands for whereas LK Bennett is butchering 4 adjectives to define their brand. Also notice the little graphic showing a heart in the house. Notice how HomeBase spells it out ‘ Make your house a home’. Advantages to both approaches.
